ALWAYS A HIGHLIGHT OF DDCF, THE FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, FORMERLY KNOWN AS FRIDAY DANCE PARTY, IS AN EXCITING LATE NIGHT EVENT THAT BRINGS OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER IN CELEBRATION OF DANCE THROUGH A NIGHTTIME DANCE PARTY FEATURING PERFORMANCES BY DANCE CREWS AND HIP HOP ARTISTS FROM DETROIT AND BEYOND. AS THE OFFICIAL KICK-OFF OF THE FESTIVAL WEEKEND, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS IS AN EVENING OF CELEBRATION, MUSIC, AND MOVEMENT ALL IN ONE.

Our College Fair will bring College faculty from esteemed institutions to DDCF to network with high school students. This is a chance for aspiring college students to introduce themselves, ask any questions, get application and audition information and more!
This year, our College Networking Event will feature University of Michigan, Western Michigan University, Grand Valley State University, Oakland University, Lindenwood University, Colorado State University, Wayne State University, and Alma College. Come see current students from these institutions perform in our College Showcase!
